How The TSA Was "Tempered"

In Canton Fair,we often received enquiry about TSA Limit Switches,it includes plunger\roller lever\wire spring type. And popular in elevator and machine tool.

So, what's the productive progress of this aluminum alloy shell switch?

Firstly,we should find correct mould and steel. 

Then after stamping,tapping,polishing and spray,send them into semi-finished warehouse.

After process inspection,material are allowed send to assemble workshop.

Combined the equipment and manual operation,our skilled worker can produce each limit switches most effectively.

Every switch must pass on/off performance before closing the lid.

Then switches will be packed and put in storage. Normally it will be 100pcs/carton,but TSA-041(Rubber Roller lever) will be 50pcs/carton.
