In the field of limit switches, we often use “enterprise code + product serial number + mode of operation” code to name a product. For example, TLS-111 limit switch, his enterprise code is TLS, the product serial number is 1 (unidirectional wire), the operation mode is 11 (unidirectional roller plunger). Similarly, the “3” of TLS-311 limit switch indicates bidirectional outlet. The simple number “1” is often given to the most basic form of action of a travel switch.
It is now November, so in addition to these two products with 11, TMAZTZ what other products with 11? Let's take stock of them all.
Compared to the TZ-8 series, this plastic-cased product doesn't seem to be a hit. In fact, it is widely used in elevators and machine tools, and the biggest difference between them is the housing material,. In the TLS series, we use high quality PA66 nylon for the housing, which improves the overall price/performance ratio of the product, and is especially suitable for use in friendly working environments, such as indoor, inside the equipment, etc.
In addition to this, the mounting specifications of the TLS and TZ-8 switches are slightly different, with the TLS fixing holes being compatible with screw holes at 20 or 22mm intervals, compared to 21mm for the TZ-8.
In the naming rules of the TZ series, 11 refers to the plunger type (Plunger) mode of action. For example, the common TZ-8111 and TZ-3111 are the plunger models in the Compact Travel Switches and Waterproof Travel Switches, respectively.
As a highly dust and drip-proof alternative to the TM-1, some customers prefer the TZ-7 horizontal limit switch, which is supplied from the factory with a protective cover for the terminals. In the TZ-7 series, 11 refers to the Roller Plunger, and the TZ-7311 is one of the most popular products in the entire series.
As mentioned earlier, 1 indicates the most basic operation mode, T511 ( TMAZTZ toggle switch 15A, 11) indicates the most basic button switch of TMAZTZ, which seems to be a simple 2-terminal, basic ON-OFF function, but it takes a lot of effort to work stably for a long time and win the trust of customers.
Which of these TMAZTZ 11 model switches have you used? Your comments are welcome!
